With this package you’ll receive five workouts per week, plus an additional weekend workout 1x per month, and a new meal plan every week.

You do the workout at your convenience
You need a set of dumbbells*. I also recommend using a booty band, but it is not required
* - (5Ibs to start with, increase as needed)
Must be 18 years or older to join.
Every member gets access to the weekly meal plan with their membership.

This plan has recurring Payments. You will be able to see your next payment date in your Account under “Subscriptions.
There will be no refunds once a Membership fee is charged. Carefully review the Cancellation Policy prior to booking.
