As a wife, mom to two sweet kids, nurse, certified personal trainer, and certified nutritionist—I’m no stranger to feeling like there’s never enough hours in the day. That’s why I wanted to create a workout that could fit into your unique schedule. I’m here to tell you that a healthy relationship with food and exercise is possible—no matter where you are in life.
