Like so many of us, my wellness journey has been a long road—it’s taken me twelve years to get to where I am. Throughout my life, I’ve witnessed unhealthy patterns surrounding food, and the thought of exercise has often felt overwhelming. I’ve experienced firsthand how both food and exercise can be taken to extremes, which is why I’m passionate about helping people find consistency and balance.

As a wife, mom to three sweet kids and nurse, certified personal trainer, and certified nutritionist—I’m no stranger to feeling like there’s never enough hours in the day. That’s why I wanted to create a workout program that could fit into your unique schedule and take all of the guess work out. I’m here to tell you that a healthy relationship with food and exercise is possible—no matter where you are in life.
