ABOUT YOUR PLAN:
–24 minute workouts 5 days a week, a weekend workout, and a weekly meal plan.
–You do the workout at your convenience.
–You need a set of dumbbells (5Ibs to start with, increase as needed). I also recommend using a booty band, but it is not required.
–Must be 18 years or older to join.
–Every member gets access to the weekly meal plan with their membership.
–This plan has recurring Payments. You will be able to see your next payment date in your Account under “Subscriptions.” There will be no refunds once a Membership fee is charged. Carefully review the Cancellation Policy prior to booking.
