This plan has recurring Payments. You will be able to see your next payment date in your Account under Subscriptions.

ABOUT YOUR PLAN:
–24 minute workouts 5 days a week, a weekend workout, and a weekly meal plan.
–You do the workout at your convenience.
–You need a set of dumbbells (5Ibs to start with, increase as needed). I also recommend using a booty band, but it is not required.
–Must be 18 years or older to join.
–Every member gets access to the weekly meal plan with their membership.
