Exactly one year ago today we launched the Mind to Muscle podcast! Although it was over two years in the making, I know it was all in God’s timing. Over the last year I’ve hosted several events, learned to give all the control to God, and focused on making deep rooted friendships! This week’s episode is a short and sweet reflection over the past year.
