The new year has brought some of my sweatysisters into a funk and today I’m bringing you on a bestie ride to talk about what might be causing you to feel the same! It might be because of the weather and lack of sun or even the people around you causing you to feel this way. In this episode, I explain just how important it is to place boundaries around your relationships and to NOT let yourself feel guilty about it!
This week, I challenge you to take stock of your five closest friends and think about how they make you feel. Ask yourself if they are a front row type of friend or if you need to establish a boundary. You get to decide how you let other people treat you and how you react.
