In this episode, I’m sharing five of my top tips that I wish I knew when I started my fitness journey. At one point, I was exactly where you are now. Whether you’re a beginner, inconsistent, or maybe finding it difficult to see any results, I have been through it all. Now, I help walk my members through these seasons each and every day.
