Requirements to Participate:  

– You must be able and willing to download the GroupMe app for daily team communication.  

– You must have a way to track your daily steps via a smartwatch or fitness tracker.
– You must be an active JGFG member the duration of the challenge- if you cancel you will be DQ from the challenge

The goodie bag and exclusive event ticket are valued at over $200! This isn’t your average challenge—it’s an experience designed to reward you with tangible takeaways and an opportunity to meet, greet, and sweat it out with your #SweatySisters in person and Jen!

Teams:  

You’ll be grouped with three other #SweatySisters by me and my JGFG team. Group communication for this will happen exclusively through the GroupMe app, so make sure you’re ready to download and engage with your team!

Your $39.99 buy-in is non-refundable

Daily Non-Negotiables: You will get a weekly PDF and all updates via GroupMe App.

You and your team will commit to hitting these every single day:  

– Minimum 8,000 steps per day  

– Daily JGFG workout  

– Hit your daily protein/macro goal (set individually with me)  

– 90+ oz of water  

– 15 minutes of personal development (reading, podcast, devotional)  

– One selfie posted to the group chat  

– One team-based non-negotiable (set by your team!)

– Setting a team name!

Each team will have a Team Leader responsible for ensuring all daily tasks are completed. This is your team’s accountability partner, cheerleader, and go-to person!

*If you are on a JGFG Employee or Jen’s team, you’re opting out of the cash prize*

Important: If you fail to complete your daily non-negotiables, lack participation, or get removed from your team for not carrying your weight, **your $39.99 buy-in is non-refundable**, and you will not be eligible to attend the January 2025 event. It’s all or nothing—so make the commitment, it’s easy! 

Grand Prizes:  

– Top Team Prize: Each team member receives $1,000 ($4,000 total) if your team completes every daily task, steps up participation, final photos submission for overall transformation, and stands out!  

– Biggest Team Transformation Prize: Details to be announced! Watch this space for how your team can walk away with an extra cash prize!

Sign-ups are set to start THIS FRIDAY on the JGFG website! Spots are limited, and this is going to fill up FAST. So get ready, grab your accountability sisters, and make the commitment to FINISH ’24 STRONG!

What’s Included in the Strong{HER} Event:  January 11th, 2025 10AM – 5PM

– 2 workouts in one day – 11AM & 3PM

– Healthy snacks (and maybe a cookie)

– Meet & Greet with Jen

– Goodie Bag Pickup

– Time to meet and squeeze your sisters! 
– SO much more to be announced closer to time!

If you can’t make it in person, no worries! Your goodie bag will be shipped directly to you after the event.
**This does not mean you cannot participate in the challenge!**

Challenge Duration:
-Must sign up by 10/7 at midnight.
– October 13th start date — December 13th end date
-You will get all information regarding your group & specific details starting 11-12th via email that you sign up with. 

Commitment & Agreement: You will check mark this when signing up on my website. 

– Do you agree to give 100% effort and follow all the rules of the challenge?  

– Do you understand that Jen has the discretion to remove you from the challenge if the rules are not followed, which may affect your entire team’s participation?

– Do you acknowledge that if you do not complete the challenge, or if you are removed for lack of participation, your $39.99 fee is non-refundable, and you will not be eligible to attend the exclusive event?  

– Do you agree to be respectful and maintain the privacy of your team and teammates?  

– Do you agree to download the group chat app for team communication, as it will be the primary platform for communicating with your group and Jen for the duration of this challenge?
