Sweatshirt has a unique acid wash color to it and is not one solid color. Color variations will be visible!

• NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES.
• Ships USPS.
• Anything ordered with a pre-order will not ship until the pre-order closes and ships.
• Can NOT change size once ordered. Cannot cancel items once purchased.
• If your item is returned once shipped, you will be charged $5 to reship the package.

Once the item has been shipped, all liability is out of JGFG’s responsibility on lost, stolen, or damaged items. Must contact USPS for further assistance regarding these issues.

Defective items:

Must email Jen at help@jensgetfit.com within five(5) days upon delivery date per tracking #to receive assistance on defective items. After a 5-day window, replacement and/or refund are not eligible for consideration. Must include a picture of the packaging in qualifying for any return upon Jen’s discretion.
