Must email Jen at merch@jensgetfit.com within 5 days upon delivery date per tracking #to receive assistance on defective items. After a 5 day window, replacement and/or refund is not eligible for consideration. Must include a picture of packaging to qualify for any return upon Jen’s discretion. See the cancellation policy.
