Once the item has been shipped, all liability is out of JGFG’s responsibility on lost, stolen, or damaged items. Must contact USPS for further assistance regarding these issues.
Defective items:
Must email Jen at help@jensgetfit.com within five(5) days upon delivery date per tracking #to receive assistance on defective items. After a 5-day window, replacement and/or refund are not eligible for consideration. Must include a picture of the packaging in qualifying for any return upon Jen’s discretion. See the cancellation policy.
