I’m not going to pretend I know everything about a plant based lifestyle, but I have been learning. Reading, researching, & experimenting to help my members who do follow this lifestyle. It’s been amazing and eye opening!

Here is a quick guide I created with some awesome recipes (not my own), supplements, and resources that will be helpful. I have spent a lot of time on this so I could make sure the recipes are actually tasty and trying the supplements (see attached pages) for a new month before suggesting to you all. I now can’t live without the digestive enzyme capsule (again, see guide)!

This is not a meal plan, this is a guide. Use it as you wish and I will continuously update new pages and recipes as I try them/find them! All Terms & Conditions apply to the following meal plans/guides attached.

PHASE ONE

LEAN MEAL PLAN

READ FIRST: This is a LEAN meal plan that is only for the strict who want to lose weight and have good discipline to follow this to a T.

FOLLOW THIS if you can be self-motivated, I promise this will show you big results if followed. After downloading it, message me and send me your before pictures, and we will take more pictures after following this for 4 weeks. This plan is much more repetitive and as strict. It is not aimed at being family-friendly, clean, but more well-rounded to avoid getting burnt out as I do with the regular meal plans. This is for one person, and only the strong and dedicated.

If you are new: My advice varies from person to person whether you should start with this plan. New members sometimes do excellent on it because they are new, fresh, and motivated. Give it a try! Sometimes the repetition of meals makes it easier to follow. The results are not overnight. Results are earned, not given. Everyone will react to this differently.

If you feel like this isn’t for you, PERFECT. Count your macros instead. I’m happy to figure them for you. Just message me!

PHASE TWO

LEAN MEAL PLAN

READ FIRST: This is a plan you will follow AFTER you have completed all four weeks of Phase One! Do not use this as a long term meal plan. Take progress pictures after completing Phase One Week 4. Then again after completing Phase Two Week 4.

READ FIRST: You can start this first if you would like. I suggest starting Phase One first if you’ve never followed any of the lean meal plans, but this is also a “cutting” style meal plan to help you lean out. Message me with any questions.

This is a meal plan that is vegetarian based. Similar to the lean meal plan, but plant based recipes for those who follow a plant based lifestyle.
