On today’s episode, I’m covering a misconception that many women fall victim to – eating less will help me lose weight. In fact, it’s usually the opposite. It might sound counterintuitive, but hear me out – your body needs fuel and it will get it one way or another, even if that means breaking down your muscle tissue for energy. That’s certainly not ideal when you are trying to BUILD muscle.

Today I’m sharing my top 5 reasons why I feel eating less is not the solution to your fitness. I will also discuss why water is so important for your body inside and out.

This week, I challenge you to drink 25 ounces of water as soon as you wake up. I guarantee you will notice changes in your body and the way you feel!
