Eating Less Will Not Help Your Metabolism and Build Muscle

Eating Less Will Not Help Your Metabolism and Build Muscle
On today’s episode, I’m covering a misconception that many women fall victim to – eating less will help me lose weight. In fact, it’s usually the opposite. It might sound counterintuitive, but hear me out – your body needs fuel and it will get it one way or another, even if that means breaking down your muscle tissue for energy. That’s certainly not ideal when you are trying to BUILD muscle.

Today I’m sharing my top 5 reasons why I feel eating less is not the solution to your fitness. I will also discuss why water is so important for your body inside and out.

This week, I challenge you to drink 25 ounces of water as soon as you wake up. I guarantee you will notice changes in your body and the way you feel!

This episode is for you if:
  • You may have attempted or thought about attempting to restrict your calorie intake to lose weight
  • You are looking for a sustainable approach to build muscle
  • You want to know one of the biggest factors that affects how you feel inside and out
You are strong. You are powerful. You are worthy.
